Psychology in the Park is a nationally recognised practice, offering psychology and counselling services in Berwick and Victoria's South Eastern suburbs for mental health and forensic issues.
In addition to clinic consultations, in light of compelling evidence that exposure to natural environments has significant positive impacts on mental health, consultations in restorative outdoor settings which promote recovery and personal growth are also offered.
Psychology in the Park practitioners work with adults and adolescents aged 13 years and above.

Services
Appointments are available with our team and we are currently accepting new clients.
Patients with a GP referral / Mental Healthcare Plan can receive a rebate of $93.35 for up to 10 sessions per year with a Psychologist. Note, rebates are not available for Counselling or Provisional Psychologist appointments and these have a reduced rate to allow for this.

Psychology in the Park
Take steps toward new thinking. Research has shown that walking outdoors enhances our thought processes, improving free flow of ideas and mood. During Psychology in the Park consultations individuals engage in assessment and treatment with a psychologist or counsellor whilst walking and/or being seated in restorative park settings. Roaming Consultation
Sometimes there is a need for psychologists or counsellors to support individuals in community or home environments where difficulties are occurring, or that are more accessible for the individual. Roaming Consultation is available in Berwick and the South Eastern Suburbs of Victoria. Please direct enquiries regarding mobile consultation outside of this area to admin@psychologyinthepark.com.au.
Telehealth Consultation
A telehealth service is a psychological therapy service that is delivered via video conference where both a visual and audio link has been established between a patient and their practitioner.
Board-Approved Supervisor
Psychology in the Park has a board-approved AHPRA supervisor available for supervision consultations.
Counselling Consultations
A counsellor is a person who you talk to so they can help you overcome difficulties in your life and make the changes you want to make. Psychology in the Park has a registered counsellor who is able to provide support for individuals, families and couples. For further information, please refer here.
ADHD Assessments
Our ADHD psychology assessment service is designed to help individuals who suspect they may have ADHD. Our experienced psychologists will conduct a thorough assessment to determine if ADHD is present and provide recommendations for treatment and management.
